Booking & How It Works
Can I use the hotel the same day without a reservation?
Yes, walk-in guests are welcome. However, we may have to turn you away if we are fully booked, so please call (03-3875-1843) in advance to be sure.
Can I check in late at night (after midnight)?
Yes. If you check in after 24:00, check-out will be extended to 12:00 the next day so you can relax.
Is late check-out (extension) possible?
Extensions are available in 15-minute increments (weekday ¥750 / Sat & pre-holiday ¥900). Extensions for overnight stays are available until 13:00.
Can I book multiple nights?
Yes, we offer an Extended Stay plan: a flat rate of ¥20,000 on weekdays and ¥24,000 on Saturdays / pre-holidays, in a Standard room. You may use the room during the day throughout your stay. Rooms are limited, so please contact us early.
How do I cancel my reservation?
Please contact us by phone or email before your reservation time. Same-day no-shows without prior notice may result in future reservations being declined.
Rooms & Facilities
Can I specify the room type?
Please let us know your preferences via the reservation form or by phone. Room type is accepted subject to availability. For Extended Stay plans, room type cannot be specified.
What is "ultra-soft water"?
Water with almost no mineral content (hardness 0). Soap and shampoo lather finely and rinse off cleanly, leaving your skin and hair silky after bathing. Gentle even on sensitive skin — and supplied to every room in our hotel.
Is there a parking lot?
There is no on-site parking. Please use nearby coin parking lots.
Is smoking allowed?
Our hotel is fully non-smoking throughout the building and in all rooms. If you wish to smoke, please use public smoking areas outside the hotel.
During Your Stay
Can one person stay alone?
Yes, solo guests are welcome. Same-sex pairs are also welcome. Due to fire-safety regulations, up to 2 guests may be in the room at the same time (3 or more simultaneous guests are not permitted). Changing occupants during the stay is no problem.
Can I leave my luggage at the front desk?
Before or after your stay, we can hold suitcase-sized luggage at the front desk. Feel free to ask. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for the contents of your luggage.
Can I go out during my stay?
Yes. You may go out as many times as you like during your stay. Please let the front desk know when you leave.
Do you offer service in English or Chinese?
We are very sorry — our front-desk staff can only assist in Japanese. If you have any questions, please contact us by email (translation supported).
What if I leave something behind?
Please contact us by phone (03-3875-1843) or via our contact form. We will inform you of the holding period and whether delivery is possible.
